Ouch! Get well soon~ card

Hi Stampers!
Here is my project for today.  this is a super simple card I made with some scraps of Crumb Cake and Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper,
I wanted it for a Get Wall card so on the inside I stamped "Get Well Wishes" but on the outside I stamped "Praying for You".  I took the flower stamp and bent it so it would curl around the words.
I added 'dots' using my stylus.  Place it on a foam mat then gently push down on the card stock.  After I made this one I made another one and made the dots more uniformed.  LOL

Thank you for joining me today!  I hope this card brings you inspiration to create your own get well cards!  :)

Hello Stampers!

I am so glad you joined me today.  I wanted to share some cards I made for some dear friends who were diagnosed with Cancer.  Ugh, what an ugly word!
I got the poem off line and just typed it up on my computer and printed it out on Whisper White card stock.
The card stock is Early Espresso and retired Crisp Cantaloupe.
Chocolate Chip, Old Olive and retired DSP.
Although the stamps I used are no longer available you can use the lay out for your own creation.

Chai Tea Holder ~using the Envelope Punch Board.

Hello Stampers!
Happy Monday to you!  I hope you had a wonderful weekend and was able to spend some time on crafting!
Here is my project share for today.  My mom loves Chai tea and I happened to find some at our little coffee shop in town.  So I picked up one and thought I would use the Envelope Punch Board to make a little holder for it.  Being it's 'poofy' you can't just make a simple envelope so I created this one just for this package of tea, although I know you could use it to put lots of other items in!

What you need:
7 1/2" x 7 1/2" piece of card stock
Using your Envelope Punch Board (if you don't have one click HERE to see it at my store)
-Punch and score your 1st mark at 3" then SLIDE to 3 1/2" score ONLY.
-Turn and punch then score following the lines for two times only, the last turn punch on the 2nd score line ONLY do not score.
I then used the Curvy Corner Trio Punch to add a beautiful top.
I wanted to add a little something to the front so I used the beautiful Bloomin' Heart Thinlits Dies to create this beautiful heart cut out of Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper.
I then wanted to create a "Now & Wow" project by adding a piece of Basic Black card stock behind the Glimmer paper, and adding a sentiment to the back of the box.
The stamp set that I picked the sentiment from is Botanicals for You I got it for FREE!  Yes!  You can get this amazing stamp set from the Sale-a-Bration catalog with a simple Stampin' Up order of only $50.00.

Contact me for more information on how you can receive FREE products from Stampin' Up! and with your purchases you can earn FREE products from me as well!  How fun is that?

Thank you for joining me today,
Hope you have a great week.

Origami Folded Pocket treat holder~

Hello my stamping friend!
So glad you joined me today.  I have a fun little tutorial to share with you today.
I am sure you have seen these cute little pockets but I have not made them for awhile and thought I would make up some to put Pop Rocks in.  Yes, I great up in the 90's!  LOL  My children love to give these to their friends.
What you'll need:
I used a piece of Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack but if you are using regular card stock cut it to 6" x 6"
Fold it in half corner to corner to create a triangle.
Next you are going to grab the bottom left corner and bring straight over about half way and crease.
Do that for both sides.
Finally take the first layer and fold over the two small triangles to create a pocket.  Best part...NO glue or adhesive is need!  :)
How simple and fun was that?  Plus with the paper stacks that Stampin' Up! has to offer you can make these in a snap!  You can also check out the clearance rack for paper stacks that are retiring for a discounted price!

Thanks for stopping by!

Friendship Tea Bag Holder~ Valentine count down

Hello Stampers!
Here is my project share for today.  It's another fun project using the Envelope Punch Board.
My mom loves tea, so I wanted to create some fun little tea bag holders for her just to say, I love you.
It's a simple 5 x 5 piece of paper with the first score and punch mark at  2 3/8".
I stamped on a heart punched out in Whisper White and sponged with Rose Red.
Then I punched out a heart in Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper and sponged it with Rose Red also then placed it on the large heart.  I made a belly band from ribbon and tied it with baker's twine.  Then attached the heart to the ribbon.

I love this idea for a Lady's Retreat also!  Make up several of these to give out to all those who attend. What a lovely give away.

Thank you for joining me today!  Have a great day.

Hearts Valentine Card~ Valentine Count Down

Hello Stampers!  I hope you are having a wonderful Monday!
Here is my project share for today!  A fun Valentine's Day card.
I thought I would use a stamp set from the Annual Catalog to create a Valentine's Day card, and although this is red and white you could also use this for a wedding card, anniversary card, or sweetheart card!  Hello Life stamp set was used.
I ran a piece of Real Red card stock through the Big Shot using the Happy Heart embossing Folder then wrapped Whisper White Baker's Twine around the card three times.  Then fussy cut out three hearts.  I inked only the word 'love' and stamped it in the middle of one heart.  I layered the card stock on Whisper White and then Real Red again.

Thank you for joining me today!
Hope you have a great week!

Sweetheart Valentine box using the Envelope Punch Board ~Valentine Count Down project

Hi Stampers!
I have a fun little box to share with you today!
I had not used the Envelope Punch Board in awhile so I thought I would make a little treat box to put treats in.
It's a simple, fun little project!  You can use for so much more than candy!!
What you'll need:
- Envelope Punch Board
- 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 piece of card stock
- Start at 2" Punch and Score then SLIDE to 3" Punch and Score again then turn and score and punch matching up the last score mark with the score mark arrow.
Your paper should look like this one.  Round the points.
Fold on all your score marks   Make a  flap by cutting up on the small triangle as pictured.
The smaller flaps are going to be your top and bottom.  I used Fast Fuse and stuck the bottom flap together.  I simply tuck the top one in to close it like a normal box.
I did a belly band using a 2" piece of DSP, then added some fun bling!

Hope you enjoyed this project tutorial share!

Thank you for joining me today!

Love...it's in the Air Card~ Valentine Count Down

Hello Stampers!
I am having so much fun with the New Stampin' Up! stamp set, Bloomin' Love (available in the Occasions catalog)
I was working on my kids' school scrap book and came across this awesome card stock!  I just love the hearts.  What is kind of funny is the paper pack I got this from is a school theme!   It's from DCWV The Homeroom stack.
I thought the stamp, "(heart)...it's in the air" was perfect to go along with this card stock.
I just love the way it turned out.  Not only for a Valentine's day card, but I thought it would make a nice engagement card.

Thank you for joining me today!
If you have any questions regarding this or any other project I would love to help you out!
