Tuesday Tutorial~Ooooh Spooky Trick or Treat box!

Hello Stampers!
I have another fun Halloween project for you.  Not really all that spooky, I actually think the cat is cute!
I am so loving the Spooky Night Designers Series Paper!  I used the Cat Punch to punch it out along with a a piece of Pumpkin Pie cardstock with the new Everyday Label Punch.  Classic Label punch was used to punch out the sentiment from the new Spooky Cat photopolymer stamp set.  Also, a Black Rhinestone Jewel was added.
Tutorial:
Cut your paper choice to 9"x5 1/2"
score with the 5 1/2" side on the top of your score board at 1" on both sides.
Turn so the 9" side is on the top of the score board and score it at 1" and 4" on both sides also.  Fold your score marks and cut the 1" bits and fold inwards.  I used Fast Fuse to adhere the project.
This is a pretty large box, it holds quit a bit of candy.  I am thinking I could even put cookies in there, about 2 regular size homemade cookies would fit.  What a fun treat that would be to give someone, not just for Halloween either!

Holiday Catalog~Sneak Peak and #TTTC010

Hello Stampers!
EEEK!!  I have a special share with you today.
I got my order yesterday from Stampin' Up! from the Holiday Catalog and I just could not wait to share with you!  So I decided to take part in a fun challenge!  TIC TAC TOE CHALLENGE!
I chose the left row down:  Metallic, Anything but a card, Green.
This took me awhile to decide what I wanted to do, but I am pleased with my project.
The materials I used are:
Garden Green card stock
Spooky Night DSP
Foil Silver Sheets
Cat Punch
Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
Vintage Crochet Trim
Spooky Cat Photopolymer stamp set
Envelope Punch Board (Available in Annual Catalog)
Tutorial:
Cut paper to 5 1/2"x 5 1/2"
Grab your Envelope Punch board, your 1st punch and score will be at 2" SLIDE to 3" and punch and score again.  Turn and match up your score marks to punch and score for that side.  It should look like this.
Fold your score marks and cut your tabs down to the score mark the 'long way' on both sides to tuck in.  I used Fast Fuse to hold the box together.
Belly band I cut 1 1/8" strip and just folded it around the box to measure how long I needed.  Before I adhered it to the box, I turned it over to attach the pretty new Vintage Crochet Trim, then attached the whole piece with Fast Fuse.

If you have any questions please let me know!  Have a great weekend.

Just a note~My Card Swap!

Hello Stampers!
Hope you are having a wonderful August day.  The temperature is finally not in the 90's today!  It's a nice break to be only in the 80's.  I know it will get warm again but the break is a nice welcome!

I have been busy during the 'heat wave' working on my cards for a card swap!  I love being involved in these!  I can't wait to share what I recieve!
I used the Daisy Delight, and Flourishing Phrases stamp sets,  Daisy punch and Pretty Label punch to create this card.
I also made a few variations to give out to friends using the same pretty Delightful Daisy DSP.  Calypso Coral was used as my card base and a Whisper White layer.
Using the bone folder to curl the petals of the flower makes it pop out!
Hope you enjoyed my project share and it gives you ideas to create your own cards to share!
