Sailing Home for a Happy Retirement

Hello Stampers!
So glad you could join me for this August day!
Can you believe the summer is over?  As far as school goes it is.  My children started school today.  As happy, sad, scared and excited emotions flood their bodies I think of those who retired this past school year and how they, in some small way might feel the same emotions.

I turned to the Sailing Home stamp set to create this card.

Smooth Sailing Dies were used to cut out the sail boats and rope!

I used Paper Pumpkin extras for the banner the sentiment is from the new Cling set, On To Adventure.

Hope this card gives you some ideas to create your own FUNtastic cards!

Holiday Catalog Sneak Peek!~Tis the Season to be Jolly!

Hello Stampers!
I have another fabulous Holiday Catalog Sneak Peek for you! 

Holly Jolly Christmas Cling stamp set along with matching Dies, Jolly Season.

I simply adore the holly jolly Santa in this set!

For this card I also use the Making Christmas Bright Photopolymer stamp set to add the festive lights.

Z fold card!  Inside I placed Whisper White and colored the lights with Stampin' Write markers.  Santa was colored with Stampin' Blends and cut out with the Jolly Season Dies.

Don't you just love the sentiment?  It's from the Jolly Season Dies!  Using my die cutting machine I cut it out and adhered with with thin dots of Tombo Liquid Glue.

A sweet friendship refreshes the soul!

Hello Stampers!
Here is my Project share!

Butterfly Wishes is the second stamp sets that coordinates with the pretty Butterfly Duet punch.

  I had fun creating this card. 

After using Stampin' Write markers to color the branch and flowers, I stamped the branch once and then twice on a second sheet of paper and then cut out a small part of it.

Using Liquid Tombo glue, glued the tip down then popped the end up on Dimensionals. Added some pretty sequins from  Iridescent Sequin Assortment with Glue Dots.

I used the Country Floral 3d on Garden Green card stock.

Creating a 'moving image" Running Wild!

Hello Stampers!
Here is my Tuesday project share!

To create this simple card layout I just stamped the horse with full ink to the right of the paper then moved the stamp a little to the left stamped again, and repeated one more time!  It's a simple way to create an illusion of an image moving!  Don't have the Let it Ride stamp set?  No problem! Use whatever stamp set you have.  You can move a car across the page or butterfly! 

Card stock: Early Espresso, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla
Ink: Early Espresso
Additional accessories: Linen Thread, Snail Adhesive

Holiday Sneak Peek~Spooktacular Bash #FMS200

Holiday Catalog Sneak Peek!
I have a Freshly Made Sketch to share with you today on this beautiful Saturday in August!

I have been so crazy busy this summer I have not taken part in any challenges so I jumped on the computer this morning to see what the challenge was on FMS and WOW, I had to jump on it!

Here is their Challenge #200!

Clean and simple layout.  This is what I came up with.

The matching dies for this new stamp set, you are going to LOVE!  Ornate Frames Dies.  You can use these with probably every stamp set!  I think these will be a HUGE hit!

Here is my project share for today.  Oh my gosh, I just love this adorable dinosaur set!  The sentiment along with T Rex's tiny arms is so perfect to bring a smile to anyone's face!

We had a wonderful teacher move here and is teaching dance now to children in school. They absolutely love her!  There are so many cute little girls and even boys in dance now I thought this set was perfect to create some cards for all those little dancers!
