Retired Set Saturday #FMS450

Hello Stampers!
There has been so many wonderful stamp sets created by Stampin' Up! When they retire it is sad because it seems like we don't use them anymore, I am going to change that!  Thank you for joining for another Retired Set Saturday AND a FRESHLY MADE SKETCHES #450 Challenge project!

The stamp sets I chose for this project is Vintage Leaves and Merry Cafe'.

Paper Pumpkin Alternative~May Good Things Grow

Hello Stampers!

Happy Monday to you.  

I have an alternative Paper Pumpkin project to share with you today.

The materials I used to create these cards is from the May Good Things Grow March 2018 kit.

Card Stock: Rococo Rose, Whisper White

I think you can never have too many birthday cards so using a birthday sentiment from a past Paper Pumpkin kit I made three of the four cards birthday cards.  The last card was a 'thinking of you' card.

Additional materials not from the kit: Wink of Stella and Blackberry Bliss Ink.

PP504 Welcome Back To School!

Hello Stampers!

I have a card challenge to share with you today!  

THE PAPER PLAYERS (#PP504)  

The rules for this challenge was to keep it "clean and simple".

Minimal layers and embellishments, plenty of open space, aka "White" space Simple and Uncluttered.

This is what I came up with.

Stamp set used: Harvest Hellos

Card Stock: Whisper White Thick, Old Olive and Cinnamon Cider.

                              

Welcome back to school?  Well, how about a basket full of yummy apples for the teacher?  Maybe a basket full of apples to make applesauce in class?

Here is my project share for today.  With the talk of returning to school I start to think of fall and the beauty of it!  With that in mind I decided to use the Gather Together Photopolymer stamp set.

I used Fine Tip Glue Pen to adhere the delicate globe and stand. 

I added the 'writing materials' along side of the sentiment. 

I like this set, you can have fun with it!

Celebrate Sunflowers~Happy Birthday

Hello Stampers!

I have a fun project to share with you today.  

Stamp set used: Celebrate Sunflowers

This stamp set has a big beautiful sunflower you can do so many fun techniques with. 

I am going to share with you how simple it is to sponge ink on the stamp itself to create a unique image every time!

I first stamped the whole image in Crushed Curry.

Next, I used Sponge Daubers to ink up parts of the flower, starting with Early Espresso in the center, followed by Cajun Craze stamped all over the flower in no particular pattern leaving some Crushed Curry unstamped.

Cut the image along with leaves stamped on Just Jade In-color cardstock, out with Celebrate Sunflowers Dies using the new Mini Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. 

Then arranged it on a Whisper White Card stock, with a 2"x5.5" piece of Flowers for Every Season DSP adhered vertically.  

Materials used: 

Cardstock used for the flower, Very Vanilla

Card Base, Whisper White Thick

Flowers, Incolor, Just Jade

Hello Stampers!

I took a break from 'everything' and enjoyed time with family but now, it's time to get back to the 'swing of things'!  

Stampin' Up! has new a wonderful Holiday Catalog plus of course the super exciting Annual Catalog.  They both offer so many creative ideas!  

One of the fun stamp sets in the Annual Catalog I just had to get was the Pampered Pets! 

I wanted to use it to create a fun challenge card for both #ticktactoechallenge and #SUOC255.

For the Tic Tac Toe Challenge I chose Animal, Square, Primary Square.
