Happy Halloween!

Hello Stampers!
Here is my final Halloween project for this season!  There are so many fun creations it's hard to pick and choose which projects I want to post.
So this time I had my son help me out, he liked this one because of the fun Jack-o-lanterns!
He also liked it because he was able to use the Big Shot and cut out the pumpkins and bat using the Halloween Scenes Edgelits Dies.

Hope you have a fun Halloween!

Creepy Spider card

Hello Stampers!
So glad you could swing on by my blog today!
It's Friday, hooray!!  Do you have plans for the weekend?  We have a big Volleyball tournament in town, so I am sure there will be lots going on.  If I get a free minute I want to work on some Christmas Craft Bazaar crafts.  It's coming up sooner than I think!

I have a creepy halloween share today.
The spiders in the Jar of Haunts photopolymer set are so creepy!  I don't particularly like spiders so this was a 'fun' card to make!  LOL
I really liked the Speciality Paper in the Halloween Night DSP so I wanted to create some kind of fun creepy card.  I also added some of the beautiful Pumpkin Pie Glimmer Paper!  This paper is so sparkly!!  Love it!

Thank you for joining me today.
If you have any questions about this or any other projects just let me know!

I really like how simple this layout was and how fun the Pretty Pines Thinlits Dies were to use to make this card!
The card stock used was Cherry Cobbler, Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake, Old Olive, Emerald Envy, and Garden Green.  DSP Presents & Pinecones

Trick-or-Treat Scarecrow~card

Hello Stampers!
So glad you could join me today!
There are only a few more days until Halloween so I wanted to create a few more projects with a Halloween theme.
I went with the scarecrow from the Cookie Cutter Halloween stamp set.  He's so cute!  I like him because you can also use it for a harvest/fall project!  I will share one with you next week.
I like how easy it is to create a card with the Cookie Cutter Halloween stamp set with matching Punch!

Thank you for joining me today.

Challenging Wednesday! #4

Hello Stampers!
Happy Challenge Wednesday!  This is the 4th and last October challenge!  How are you doing so far?  Are you taking on the challenge?  Or just enjoying the cards?  Either way, glad you are here!
For this challenge, I want you to use your Textured Impressions Embossing FOLDERS to do the stamping!  Like I did here on the 'bring wall'.  I used Basic Black and sponged it onto my Brick Wall Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.
Then place my paper, I used Cajun Craze; in the folder and ran it through the Big Shot.  It will give you a fun new look with your Textured Impressions Embossing Folders!

Can't wait to see your creation!
Thank you for joining me today!  Have a great Challenging Wednesday!

Batty Vampire, card

Hello everyone!
Happy day to you!
Here is my project I want to share with you today.
DSP is from the Holiday Catalog, Halloween Night Specialty Series paper along with Whisper White.
I added two strips of Halloween Night Designer Washi Tape and a bow with Halloween Night Baker's Twine.  I then stamped the vampire from Cookie Cutter Halloween and colored him with Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Write marker and used the blender pen to create a lighter shade on his vest. I just love him in Rich Razzleberry!

Thank you for stopping over!

Snowman treats!

Hello my crafty friends!
Did you have a creative weekend?  I hope you were able to make up several of your favorite projects. Nothings better to a crafter than having a great, productive weekend!
I was actually on a business trip this weekend so I was not able to do very much crafting, except on the road I was able to do some coloring and punching!  I created these adorable snowman for the up coming craft bazaar.
I had them all neatly stacked in the box, here's the bottom layer!  The Paper Pumpkin boxes are GREAT for keeping things organized.
Busy, busy cutting out hats, scarves, holly and buttons!

Hope you have a great week. Only ONE week left of October and the next Monday is Halloween!! How exciting, all those adorable little trick-or-treaters.

Thank you for joining me today!

Treat Jar Box Tutorial~by Star Dust Stamper

Hello my stamping friends,
So glad you could join me again today!
Here is a fun little project for you to try.   I created this with the photopolymer stamp set, Jar of Haunts.
First, let's create our box.  You will need a piece of card stock cut to 5 3/4" x 3",   I used Whisper White card stock.  Score at 1", 2 3/4", 3 3/4", 5 1/2" turn and score at 1" on one side.  Next cut up to the 1" score mark.  Check out the picture to see where to cut the small bit of the 1" scored part.  Then fold up your box, I used Fast Fuse.
Next I stamped two jars in Basic Black ink. If you have Everyday Jars Framelits you can use it to cut out your jar if not, it's not hard to cut out with a pair of Paper Snips.
The colors I chose to color the candy corn was Pumpkin Pie and Crushed Curry along with Wink of Stella, Clear on the white part of the candy corn.
Attach to your box with adhesive of your choice, I used Fast Fuse.  Then tie a ribbon with Baker's Twine.  I used Halloween Night Baker's Twine.
Cute, huh??  It holds small packaged candy, or the mini's would even work better!  These could be used for birthday give outs too!

Thank you for stopping by!
If you have any questions about this or any other project please let me know.  Don't forget to check my website for up coming classes.
Have a fun weekend!

Paper Pumpkin September Kit

Hello my crafty friends!

If you are not a Paper Pumpkin subscriber, you may want to think about joining!  This last month's kit was so adorable!  I LOVED IT!!  As a subscriber you can purchase refill kits!
I wanted to order the refill kits so I could create some other fun projects.
I had so much fun making this test tube holders! I made these up for my kids, I forgot to take pictures with the Halloween Night Baker's Twine tied around them.  Oops!
I got started making up some for Thanksgiving and Christmas too!  I am still working on the Christmas sentiment that I want to put on them so I didn't take a picture of those yet. I thought the Acorny Thank You photopolymer set is perfect for fall/Thanksgiving sentiment.

Thank you for joining me today.

I miss you, that's all!

Hello my friend.

Here's a quick 5 minute project for you to try.
Card stock used: Elegant Egg Plant card base and Very Vanilla layer.
A fun simple card using the photopolymer stamp set, Vintage Leaves with matching Framelits and a swish from Work of Art stamp set.

When I stamped the swish in Crushed Curry I stamped it three times without reinking.  Then simply added three leaves cut out in Cajun Crazy, Old Olive, and Elegant Eggplant.  Tied it together with a little piece of linen thread and WOW, my card is done.

Thank you for joining me today.
Hope you have a splendid week ahead!

...and Monday starts another glorious week!

Hello my crafty friends!
Hope you had a great weekend! I was able to get a lot of work done around my house with my children's help!  Yay!!  That always makes a person feel great!  Especially when it's getting rid of spring cleaning garage sale things!
This week is going to be glorious!  You know why?  Well, for my daughter it's her birthday today!!  (Happy Birthday Brianna!!)  As for the work week it's self, it's cut short because of teacher convention so we don't have to go to school all week!!  Only until Wednesday until noon!  Wahoo!!
Here is my project share for today.  I decided I would create a card using Washi tape, only I was not sure which one I wanted to use so I used all of them!  LOL
All of the Halloween Night Designer Washi Tape that is.
I added the cute Vampire from the Cookie Cutter Halloween set and sentiment from Jar of Haunts Photopolymer set.

Thank you for joining me today.
Remember; with a positive attitude, you can accomplish amazing things!!

Island Indigo, Pool Party and Basic Black make a very beautiful butterfly using the Photopolymer stamp set, Watercolor Wings.
