Chocolate Bunny treat bag topper~

Hi my crafty friends!
I was shopping at our little convenience store and it seems like just about every other Easter product is a chocolate bunny, so I decided to make a cute little topper for a treat bag to hold some chocolate goodies!

Here's the list of Stampin' Up! items you'll need:
Card Stock: Early Espresso, Chocolate Chip, Pink Pirouette, Basic Black, Whisper White
Accessories: White Gel Pen, 2Way Glue, Fast Fuse, Clear Envelopes, Simply Scored Scoring Tool, Punches, 1/2" Circle, 1" Circle,  1 3/8 Circle, Large Oval, Extra Large Oval, the heart from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack, and the Top Note Bigz Die, Big Shot machine.
Here we go! Time to build us a Chocolate Bunny!
You will need one Early Espresso Top Note scored in half the short way.
Two Basic Black 1/2" circles
Two Whisper White 1" circles
Two Chocolate Chip 1 3/8" circles
Two Early Espresso Extra Large Ovals
Two Pink Pirouette Ovals
One each of Whisper White and Pink Pirouette with the heart punch.

Start by putting the eyes (white and black circles), ears (ovals) and cheeks (Early Espresso circles)with nose (Pink heart) together over lapping them just a little bit.  The teeth (white heart) is placed at the bottom of the Top Note.
After you attach the teeth on the bottom of the Top Note next put the cheeks and nose on with the 2Way Glue.
Then the eyes and ears are glued to the back.  To add a little character to your cute little chocolate bunny use the White Gel Pen and add dots to the cheeks, and little marks to the eyes.

Ta-da!  There ya have it!  Isn't it cute!?

Cadbury Egg Dotted Box Holder~

Hi my creative friends!
Here is the fun little project I have to share with you today.  It's a Cadbury Egg Holder!
Items needed for this project:
Card Stock: Irresistibly Yours DSP (Available only in the Sale-a-Bration catalog until March 31st!)
Ink: Blushing Bride, Wild Wasabi, Wisteria Wonder, Marina Mist
Accessories: Brayer, Paper snips, Ribbon, Sponge Dauber, Bone Folder, Fast Fuse Adhesive, Simply Scored Scoring tool, Small Oval Punch
Let's build a box!
First cut your DSP to 6 1/2 x 4 1/2
Pick the color you would like your box, I chose Blushing Bride and running the Brayer over the ink pad several times then simply roll it over the paper going in both directions to get an even color.
I decided I wanted cute little poke-a-dots to stand out on my already poke-a-dotted DSP.  So using the Sponge Daubers I used Marina Mist and Wild Wasabi ink.  You simply put the dauber on your finger dab it into the ink and give a little twist.
Next, using your Simply Scored score board, score going the long way at 1 1/4, 2 5/8, 3 7/8, and 5 1/4 then turn and score it at 1 1/4 and 3 1/4.
Using your Bone Folder, fold all your score marks.  Then take your Paper Snips and cut up to the 1 1/4 and 3 1/4 score marks.  To make an easy open access I used the Small Oval punch and put just a small notch on ONLY one of the short ends.  Place Fast Fuse on every other square starting with the first one, then starting with the opposite end of the notch fold up your box.
I used some Pink Pirouette  ribbon to tie around the box, but loose enough to simply side off.
Here is another box made with Blushing Bride and Wisteria wonder.  How fun was that?  LOVE IT!!

Thanks for joining me today!

21st Birthday Pop-Up Box Card!

Hi my crafty friends!
The project I am sharing today was made special for my niece who turns 21 years old today!  It's hard to believe this 'little' girl has grown up so fast!

There are several instructions to follow to make this card, but I found using the tutorial on SPLIT COAST STAMPERS was the simplest. I used the size for an A2 card.
The stamps used are a variety from Stampin' Up and CTMH.  I also used the Cricut.  All the paper was from Stampin' Up.  Pacific Point, Whisper white, Bermuda Bay, Calypso Coral, and DSP Sweet Taffy
The Stamp set from Stampin' Up that is still available is called Banner Banter.
Accessories: Snail adhesive, 2 Way Glue, Silver Glimmer Paper, Acetate sheets, Candy Dots, in Brights collection.

NEW Sale-a-Bration items and some items are leaving.

Hi Stampers!
Exciting news!!, Stampin' Up has added 10 more items you can select as your FREE gift with a $50 order! Why are they doing this you ask?  It's because they discontinued the  Blendabilities markers.  Sale-a-Bration ends March 31st!  So don't wait too long to get these amazing items, once they are gone they are gone!

There are some big changes coming up from Stampin' Up.
Ones I can share now is that Stampin' Up has announced that as of May 31st, all MDS (My Digital Studio) Support and Print Services will be done and Stampin' Up will no longer (after 5-31-15) be making any Spanish Stamp Sets. Sales have been diminishing in both of these product lines and so Stampin' Up! has decided to discontinue both product lines.

Punch Art~ Little Leprechauns

Hello my crafty friends!
Happy St. Patrick's day to you!  Even if you are not Irish it can be a fun day, especially if you love green!  :)
Thank you for checking out my blog today!  I have a fun little punch art project to share with you.
I always had fun making the little 'boy' leprechaun punch art, but this year I wanted to create a 'girl'.  This is what I came up with.
This is what you'll need for the card and punch art:
Card Stock: For card: Very Vanilla and Baked Brown Sugar
For Punch Art: Very Vanilla, Cajun Craze, Old Olive, Mossy Meadow, Pear Pizzazz, Hello Honey, and Basic Black.
Accessories: Pink Pirouette ink pad, Sponge Daubers Snail adhesive, Glue Dots, 2 way Glue, Basic Pearls, Paper Snips, Beautiful Wings Embosslit, Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker, Stampin' Dimensionals and then a Black and Green Sharpie Marker.
Punches: 1" Circle, 1/2" Circle, Scallop Oval, 1 3/4 Scallop Circle, flower from Itty Bitty Accents Punch pack, Word Window, and Modern label (used only on the card.)
Here is a lay out of what you'll need.  To make the girls hair I used the word window to cut the center out first then I punched the scallop Oval out of Cajun Craze.
Face: add Pink Pirouette with a Sponge Dauber to the Very Vanilla 1" circle and 3/4". Attach it with a Dimensional.
The Hat: Cut about 1/4 off the Old Olive 1" circle.  Then using the 2 Way Glue attach the Word Window punch and simple strip of Basic Black card stock, trim off with Paper Snips.  For the boy's hat I made it a little wider.
Attach the Hello Honey flower to the girls hat and Mossy Meadow to the boys.  Using a Sharpie marker color two green and two black.  Attach the Green ones to the center of the flower and the black ones for the eyes.
Add a smile and eye brows with the Black Stampin' Write Marker.

For the girls hair I used the smallest butterfly from the Beautiful Wings Embosslit in Pear Pizzazz.

There you have it!  What do you think?  Are you going to try it?  Let me know if you do, I would LOVE to see yours!

Loveable, Huggable Baymax! ~Punch Art~Birthday card

Hi my crafty friends!
I hope today brings you plenty of spring like weather!  It's so close!!  :)  I love waking up in the morning and smelling the 'spring' air.  I will be glad when the ground is not real soggy though so we can play outside without having to wash coats and shoes!  LOL

On to my project for today!  As most kids these days, mine have grown to love Baymax from the Disney movie Big Hero 6.  So I thought I would find a way to create his loveable, huggable little body with 'punch art'.  It actually turned easier that I though it would be.  I think he turned out so cute!  :)

I used the Oval Framelits size 2 for his arms (trimmed down with the Paper Snips) and size 3 for his body.  His legs are from the large oval punch, his head from the small oval punch.  His eyes are punched out in Basic Black card stock using  the 1/8" circle punch.  Then I simply drew a line between his eyes with the Basic Black Stampin' Write marker.  The cute balloon is from the Balloon Bash stamp set available in the Stampin' Up Occasions Catalog.

I added Smokey Slate with a Sponge Dauber around all the shapes.  Next, I placed both 'leg' ovals together and trimmed the bottom of his legs to be flat.   When I was piecing it together I also realized I would have to trim one side of the ovals for the inside of his legs to fit snug together.

I layered the card on a piece of Sweet Taffy DSP and  once again on Whisper White. I simply used snail to stick him together but you could also use 2Way Glue.  If you choose to make some of your own please share with me!  I would love to see your cute loveable, huggable Baymax!

Thanks for stopping by!
Hope you have a great day.
Cheryl~
