Hello and Happy Friday my fellow paper crafters!!

It was such a fun kit this month!

Journal~ Work Of Art

Hello Stampers!
Here is my project share for today!
It's a journal.  I made it using the stamps from this months fabulous Paper Pumpkin Monthly kit.
The sentiment is from the Work of Art stamp set.  It's made using a whole sheet of card stock, I used Coastal Cabana which is now retired but I had some in my stash.  Cut in half then stamped in Black Stazon ink.  Using the Oval framelits I cut out a Whisper White and Basic Black card stock.

If you would like information about Paper Pumpkin you can check it our on my online store at www.starduststamper.stampinup.net or contact me today!

We Give Thanks~

Happy Monday my stamping friends!
I hope you woke up more refreshed than this character.  I thought it showed the prefect Monday morning though! LOL
Here is my project share for today.
I was going through some of my old stamps and found this sentiment.  It is not from Stampin' Up!  I am not even sure who created it, but I really like it.
I added two stamped leaves from the Vintage Leaves stamp set then cut them out with the fabulous  Leaflets Framelits.  the final touch was by adding a fun acorn from the Acorny Thank You Stamp set, punching it out with the Acorn Builder Punch.
Thank you for joining me today!

Happy OWL-o-ween card! ~ Halloween Count Down

Hello my fellow crafters!

I have one more Halloween Project to share, This card is made with the Howl-o-ween Treat stamp set.  I used the matching Boo To You Framelits to cut it out and the Circle framelits to add the back ground.
I also added black Sharpie colored gems to the eyes of the owl.   I love the cute little pumpkin trick or treat bag and Framelits!

Candy Treat Pouch~ Halloween Count Down

Hello my fellow stampers!
Here is my project share for today.
It's a candy treat pouch!  This is so simple to make too!
All you need is the smallest piece from the Mini Treat Bag Framelits.  Cut two out and using Fast Fuse stick it together!  That is it!  Plus, it holds two mini candy bars.

The stamp set I used is Sweet Hauntings.

Dang-lie Spider card~Halloween Count Down

Hello Stampers!
So glad you could swing by my blog today!  It's Wednesday, half way through the week and that means the special 15% discount that SU is offering will be over soon, so don't wait!  You can place an order online or give me call today and I will get your order placed for you and have it shipped right to your door.
This will be my final week for my Halloween Series Count Down, I have tried to get a few videos made up for this and other projects but with several events taking place with my family I just did not have time.  I will get one done though, maybe this weekend.  Thank you for being so patient!
I just love the bundles that SU has to offer in the Holiday Catalog.  I have not posted any projects from this one yet, so I thought I had better get one done.  Here is the Stamp Set Howl-o-ween Treat and matching Framelits, Boo to You.  LOVE THIS SET!!
I can use the Framelits for other projects rather than Halloween.

For the inside of this card I had a little fun.  I stamped the spiders in Basic Black and used the Framelits to cut six of them out.   I attached the spiders to Silver Thread then attached them to a 11 x 1" piece of Basic Black card stock scored at 2 3/4", 5 1/2", and 8 1/4".   Make sure the 'peak' of the mountain is facing outward when you attach it to the card.
It's such a fun project!

Thank you for checking out my project!

The Wilderness Awaits, Sympathy card~

Hello Stampers!
Happy, happy Monday to you!
I was going through my stash and found I was running low on Sympathy cards, so I thought I would make up a few.  This is one of them.  It's another flipped corner card.  I have been asked if I could do a video on this technique, so I will try and get one done this week.  I just love the way this card turned out, I am thinking I will make some as a birthday card as well.  You can never have enough masculine cards!
The card base is Crumb Cake, with Early Espresso Whisper White and Very Vanilla layers.
The inside sentiment I stamped with the thoughts and Prayers Stamp Set on Very Vanilla

Thank you so much for joining me today!
Hope you have a great week!  Only two weeks until Halloween!  Do you have your Costume picked out yet?

Birthday Wishes, Card~

Hello stampers!
Happy, Happy FRIDAY!!
Here is my project share for today.
It's a birthday card because my daughter's birthday is this weekend!  I can't believe my 'baby' daughter is going to be 10 years old, my how the time has flown by!
Sometimes when it comes to family I have a hard time making just the right card.  Birthdays seem to be the worst.  I had to dig out one of my favorite retired stamps, Birthday Wishes.   It came in a stamp set from Sale-a-Bration in 2012.   I don't know what the name of the whole set was called, sorry.  I just have that one left from it.
I will show you the inside for this card, usually I leave the inside to your own imagination.

Thank you so much for joining me today!  Hope you have a great weekend!

Don't forget to do some shopping in your PJ's this weekend!   Head on over and take a peek at some of the great bundles Stampin' Up has to offer.  They are giving a 15% discount on these!  WOW!

Little Witch, Flip Card~ Halloween series

Hello my fellow stampers!
Hope this Thursday brings you a wonderful day!  Friday is coming, that has to bring something wonderful, right?  Here is my fun Halloween project for today!
This cute little witch comes from the Haunt Ya Later stamp set, available in the Holiday Catalog.

I did the flip corner technique with a Basic Black card base and layered with Lost Lagoon, Rich Razzleberry, stamped on Whisper White and placed a Smoky Slate for a card base on the inside.
I also added this little Halloween kitty on the inside.  It's strange, but I colored 'patches' of black on the kitten but it looks brown.  ha-ha  Now you can also see that I used the Lucky Stars Embossing folder, that is how I added the white stars on the outside.  I simply colored them in with a Chalk Marker!
I also wanted to share some exciting news from Stampin' Up!  Check this out!!

They are offering EXTRA Stampin' Rewards!  How cool is that?  Make sure and check out my online calendar to schedule your own person to person workshop, book workshop, or simply place an order with friends to total $300.00 and you'll recieve the EXTRA rewards!  YAY!  You get rewared for having fun!

Cute Batty treat holder~Halloween count down!

Hello my crafty friends!
Here is my fun Halloween project for today, and wow, are they super simple to make.  I know I say that a lot.  Mostly because I love making crafts and after making so many of them they seem easy, but this one REALLY is easy and fun!
What you'll need:
- Curvy Keeps Sake Thinlits Die #135853 and Big Shot #113439
- Basic Black card stock and a scrap of Whisper White
- Tombow Liquid Glue, Glue dots and Fast Fuse
- 2" circle punch, 1" circle punch, 3/4" circle punch and 1/2" circle punch
- Bone folder or stylus for scoring.

Make your Curvy Keepsake box like you would normally make one, cutting two shapes out and adhering the bottom with Fast Fuse.  Cut out two Whisper white 1" circles and 2  Basic black 1/2" circles.  These are your eyes, go ahead and glue them to one of the panels as shown in the picture.

For the wings, cut one 2" circle out and score 1/4" from the edge.  This is so you can use a Glue Dot to stick to the side of your bat.  Next cut in half and use the 3/4" circle punch to 'chew' edges of the circle to make a wing.  I cut the first and last notches 1st and then do the middle one other wise I was always messing up on them.
That's pretty much it, you can add details such as facial expressions with the Gel Pen or Chalk Pen. That is what my daughter did to make these for her friends and teachers.  I should have taken a picture of her's they are super cute as well!

Speaking of sharing, thanks for those of you who have share your projects with me in an email!  I loved to see your creative projects and don't worry I will not post them without your consent!  :)  Keep them coming, I love knowing I am helping to inspire everyone!

Thank you for joining me today and hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!

Birthday, Sprinkles of Life Card~

Happy Monday my fellow stampers!

I have a fun cheery birthday card to share with you today.
I used the Sprinkles of Life (photopolymer) stamp set for this card.  I love this set for several reasons, one is that for every set Stampin' Up sales it will donate $3.00 to the Ronald McDonald House program!!  Plus, it coordinates with the Tree Builder Punch!  It's so much better when you can just punch out a project rather than 'fussy cut'!
I also used the Cherry on Top DSP and Banner Triple punch.  You can pick up EVERYTHING you see here plus more on my online store at www.starduststamper.stampinup.net

Thanks for joining me today!  Hope you have a great week!

Mini Treat-or-Treat bag

Hello and Happy Friday my fellow stampers!
Here is my project for today!  I was thinking it would make a great weekend project!
I made a cute little bag using the Mini Teat bag Thinlits die and Big Shot.

Here's what you will need to do:
1.) Cut out two pieces of your choice of card stock, I used Tangelo Twist of the largest die for the bag, you won't use the smaller die.

2.) Plus a piece for the bottom that measures 1 1/2 x 3 5/8

3.) With the 'jagged edge' on the top Score 1/2" on the side with the highest jagged edge, then from THAT score mark measure 3/4" and score again.

4.) Turn and cut the 'higher' jagged edge straight off from so it's the same height as the rest of the bag.
You will do this to both of your die cuts.
To make it easier to follow I made a video to watch you can check it out HERE!

5.) Stamp the outside of your bag, I used Among the Branches Stamp Set.

6.)  Use either Tear and Tape or Fast Fuse and stick your bag together

I added a piece of Tangelo Twist Thick Bakers Twine for the handle. and using the Note Tag Punch I punched out a Halloween sentiment from the stamp sets Merry Everything stamp set and Sweet Hauntings.
Make sure you check out my VIDEO if reading this totally con-fusses you.

Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Beautiful Fall Leaves card~Tutorial

Hello my fellow stampers!
Thank you for joining me today.  I have a fun project for you to try.

As I was walking home from work with my little three year old we noticed the leaves falling from the tree so he picked one up and see that several leaves had more than just one color, that gave me an idea!!
Using the Vintage Leaves (photopolymer set!) and Leaflets Framelits dies along with the Acorn Punch (available in the Holiday catalog) I created this beautiful Autumn card.

Here's what you will need:
Inks:
Tangelo Twist, Hello Honey, Tip Top Taupe, Wild Wasabi, Soft Suede, Real Red, and Chocolate Chip.
Accessories: Sponges, D and C Blocks, Big Shot, Magnetic Platform
Card Stock: (For leaves) Very Vanilla, (for card) Early Espresso, Crumb Cake, Pumpkin Pie
1.) Stamp your leaves on the Very Vanilla Card stock. Then sponge at least two colors on each one,
2.) Using the Big Shot and Leaflets Framelits cut out your leaves.
They are so pretty!  LOVE THIS!!
Then have fun creating a card using these fabulous autumn colored leaves!

I would love to see what you create!!  Post it to my FACEBOOK PAGE!  under this post.  I know everyone would love to see your project, don't be shy, I know how creative you all are!!

I have so much fun with the Leaflets Framelits and beautiful stamp set Happy Scenes, available in the Holiday Catalog.  It is such a versatile stamp set.  You have three seasons you can stamp for with this set!  How cool is that?
