Hot Cocoa packet AKA Snowman Soup!

 Hello Stampers!

I have a fun little project to share with you today!  I created a video to make it easier to show you how to create this fun craft!

Stamp set used: Snowman Season

Card Stock: Whisper White Thick  Cut at 8 1/2" x 5".  SCORED at 1/2" along the 5" side, turn and score at 1/2" , 1", 4 1/2 and 5"

Make a tick mark at 2 1/2" on the scored side of 1/2 and 1" side and by placing the tick and next score mark on the cutting track you will cut up and get the angled cut for the front of the box.

Stampin' Write Markers in Shaded Spruce, Pumpkin pie and Real Red.

You can pick up cocoa and mini candy canes at pretty much any store, I live in a small town and I picked them up at our grocery store.  The adorable marshmallows were purchased from Oriental Trading.  Perfect for GERM FREE packaging!

Mini Treat-or-Treat bag

Hello and Happy Friday my fellow stampers!
Here is my project for today!  I was thinking it would make a great weekend project!
I made a cute little bag using the Mini Teat bag Thinlits die and Big Shot.

Here's what you will need to do:
1.) Cut out two pieces of your choice of card stock, I used Tangelo Twist of the largest die for the bag, you won't use the smaller die.

2.) Plus a piece for the bottom that measures 1 1/2 x 3 5/8

3.) With the 'jagged edge' on the top Score 1/2" on the side with the highest jagged edge, then from THAT score mark measure 3/4" and score again.

4.) Turn and cut the 'higher' jagged edge straight off from so it's the same height as the rest of the bag.
You will do this to both of your die cuts.
To make it easier to follow I made a video to watch you can check it out HERE!

5.) Stamp the outside of your bag, I used Among the Branches Stamp Set.

6.)  Use either Tear and Tape or Fast Fuse and stick your bag together

I added a piece of Tangelo Twist Thick Bakers Twine for the handle. and using the Note Tag Punch I punched out a Halloween sentiment from the stamp sets Merry Everything stamp set and Sweet Hauntings.
Make sure you check out my VIDEO if reading this totally con-fusses you.

Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Vampire Coffin Card~ Halloween Count Down!

Hi Stampers!
Here is my Halloween Count Down project for today!
It's an adorable Coffin card.
I got my pattern from Martha Stewart, you can find the pattern HERE

I printed it off and then shrank it down 75% and printed off two patterns.

The first pattern I use for the card pattern in Stampin' Up! Basic Black and then I used the second pattern to cut out the middle section for the Smoky Slate piece.

The adorable little vampire is from Haunt Ya Later stamp set available in the Holiday catalog.  Stamped in Black Tuxedo Memento Ink and colored with the Stampin' Write colors Basic Black, Basic Gray, Smoky Slate, and Real Red.
I made a VIDEO for you to watch so you can watch just how easy it is to create this fun little card!

Thanks for stopping by today!
Hope you have a great Monday!!

Top Note Flip Box

Hi Crafty Friends!
Here is my fun little project I wanted to share with you today.  It's a simple little flip open box but by adding the Top Note die as a 'lid' it makes it so cute!

I was so excited by this project that I wanted to make a video!  You can check it out HERE!
I love this box because you can make it for any holiday, party or event!  For example, Easter is coming up soon, so is Mother's day and Graduation.  Ah, I got you thinking now, haven't I?

Valentine Sour Cream treat holder!

Hi Stampers!
Hope today has brought you lots of sunshine!  :)  I needed something small to stuff into my kid's coat pockets so I decided to made sour cream containers to hold some Heresy's Kisses.  I made a video and managed to mess up my prep piece of paper....so if you'd like to watch the video on how I created these you can go HERE.

Super Bowl is coming up!!  Are you going to be watching it, the commercials or turning the channel?  LOL  We all watch it as a family but I truly like watching it for the commercials and my favorite part is that all of us is watching it together.  I am working on trying to get some little treat containers made up, if I get a chance before the super bowl, I will post them, other wise I will try and get the listed after wards!

Have a great day!

Flip Lid Valentine Goodie Bag!

Hi my crafty friends!
Today's project I waned to share turned out so cute!  I really like how these little flip bags turned out.   I had not made these in a long time and being I am making projects for my kids to count down each day until Valentine's day I thought I would go ahead and make these up to use.

I thought it would be easier to make a video to share rather than write all the directions down.  Not that it is hard, but it's fun to show you instead!  :)   You can click HERE to view it on YouTube.

Simple Valentine treats for your kids to pass out at school!

Hi Crafty Friends!
Here is a quick and super simple way to make Valentines and give treats to pass out all at the same time!
I just love this stamp set in the Occasions Catalog, called Hey, Valentine!  Plus, the 1"x8" Cellophane bags are soooo much fun!  I use them a lot when I need some treats quick (meaning I forgot about it and had to do this the night before!) for my preschool class, my kids' classmates (they forgot to let mom know and now we are all filling bags the night before!) or even family reunions!  I made them this past June with a Red, White and Blue theme for our Fladager Reunion, then I made simple little pinwheels to pin on the top, it turned out really cute!

For this project I made another video to watch on how I made these, you can click HERE to check it out!

Valentine Mini Treat Bag

Hi Stampers!
I know it has been a very long time since I have done a video so I thought I would try and make a few in my Valentine count down series!

HERE is the 1st one!  Everything is listed on my video what you'll need!

I always like to do some kind of count down to Valentine's Day with my kids.  I will put a treat or write a message that says "we are going sledding after school" or maybe even going to the store and pick out their favorite soda to drink.  It's just something fun I like to do with my kids to help make each cold, windy, miserable winter day go a little bit brighter and fun!  Plus, it's only a matter of time and my kids will be off to college!

The products I am demonstrating are from Stampin' Up but of course you can use whatever products you have on hand!  Plain ol' colored construction paper works GREAT to make these as well!  You can also use yarn or ribbon to tie them closed, but I personally like the little clips!  :)

Thanks for stopping by!

Halloween Coffin Treat Box!

 Hi Stampers!
Isn't this cute?  For the past few years I have made some sort of coffin for a Halloween treat holder.  I got this super cute pattern from Martha Stewart's site.  I have direct links below so you can make your own!  What is also fun with this pattern, you can shrink it and make different sizes!  The first year I found this pattern I shrank them down to make them small enough to hold a 'snack size' candy bar.  My daughter, at the time in 2nd grade and I made 34 of them for her class and friends.  It was fun!
Here is the list of items I used:
Basic Black card stock #121045
Blackberry Bliss card stock  #133675 and Classic Ink #133642
Stazon Cotton white pad #106960
Fast Fuse Adhesive #129026
Glue dots #103683
Stampin' Dimensionals #104430
Merry Everything bundle (save 15%!) #135850  It comes with the Note Tag Punch!
Holiday Invitation #135074
You can click HERE to check out the Holiday Catalog!
Here is the link for the  Annual Catalog!
