Spring Flower using the Window Box Thinlits

Hello Stampers!
I was going through my Framelits and Thinlits and I realized I have not used the beautiful Window Box Thinlits yet.  I love the top of the box design!
I used it to create this beautiful cut out in my Whisper White card stock.
To add the color behind it, I simply used Sponge Daubers and rubbed some Peakaboo Peach, Mint Macaron, Flirty Flamingo and Sweet Sugarplum on a 3x3 piece of Thick Whisper White.
I popped it up on dimensionals and added a Pearl to the center.  Then I ask, what would a beautiful spring flower be without a butterfly on it?  I just had to add an Elegant Butterfly punched out in Flirty Flamingo.

So pretty!  I wasn't sure what I wanted to use this card as so I just left the sentiment off until I need it.  I am thinking, wedding, anniversary, encouragement...the list goes on!

Thank you for joining me today!

Hello and Happy Monday Stampers!!
WOW, can you believe Mother's day is right around the corner?  Yikes!  LOL  I am working on my preschool lessons and realized I needed to get going on Mother's day projects, for both school and my Stampin' Up! projects.
The stamp set, Love & Sympathy and butterflies below, will be retiring!!  Love this stamp set it's such a simple but nice set!  The embossing folder in this picture is from Cuttlebug.
I liked this card so much I wanted to make a simple thinking of you card for one of my special teacher friends.
The embossing folder I used for this card is actually available but won't be for long!!  It's on the Stampin' Up! Clearance Rack.  The Butterfly folder is also retiring.  The pearl I colored with a Sharpie marker.  :)

Butterfly-Friendship card~

Hi Stampers!
Here is an easy 20 minute card!  Ok, not even 20 minutes because in 20 minutes I had 6 of them done.  :)  It's so simple!

What I used are four of the 5 In Colors that will be on the retiring list coming out at the end of this month!  Strawberry Slush, Crisp Cantaloupe, Pistachio Pudding, and Costal Cabana.  Stamped a butterfly from the Papillon Potpourri stamp set on Whisper White card stock, cut around them using my Paper Snips and then stamped a sentiment from the stamp set, Blessed By God.  I added Dazzling Diamonds glitter to the wings with the 2 Way Glue and that was it!  How fun was that?
Don't forget to find me on Facebook as well, www.facebook.com/starduststamper .

Friendship is like a Sheltering Tree~

Hi Stampers!
Here is my project for today.  It's made with the Sheltering Tree photopolymer set available in the Occasions catalog.  I have been enjoying the nice 'warm' weather and it's given me spring fever!  I look forward to the trees budding out with sweet apple blossoms.  That is what gave me the idea for this card.  :)

Card Recipe:
Card Stock: Wild Wasabi, Calypso Coral, Whisper White
Ink: Wild Wasabi, Calypso Coral, Pear Pizzazz, Chocolate Chip, Basic Black,
Stamp Set: Sheltering Tree
Accessories: Beautiful Wings Embosslits, Big Shot, Stampin' Dimensionals, 2 Way Glue, Snail adhesive, Dazzling Diamonds Glitter.

I also stamped another one and used instead of Calypso Coral for the 'blossoms' I used Blushing Bride, it made for a pretty pastel look along with the Dazzling Diamonds sprinkled over the card!

Happy 3rd Birthday!

Hi my crafty friends!
Here is my project I wanted to share with you today.  Getting a head start on summer birthday cards I decided I would make a number card.

Card Recipe:
I cut the number 3 from the Cricut, and embossed it with a Cuttlebug folder.
I stamped and punched out three little Butterflies from the Papillon Potpourri stamp set with the matching punch Bitty Butterfly.
Happy Birthday sentiment and flowers are from retired Stampin' Up sets.
