Hello Stampers!

I have a beautiful card set to share with you today.   I created these cards to give away to a few families in my town who can't afford to send cards.  I got stamps and made these cards for them to give out.   I know this brought them Christmas cheer!

I used the Ornate Dies, Toile Tidings DSP and Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder to create these fun cards.

I created two of each design in both Old Olive and Shaded Spruce Card Stock.

I liked how both of them turned out.  Which color do you like best? 

I hope the Ornate Dies stay around in the Occasions Catalog!  They are so much fun to use, and pretty!!

Incase you are looking at the date and thinking wow, she just gave them the cards to mail!  No, these cards were given to them the day after Thanksgiving.  I am just late posting them! ha-ha

Hello Stampers!

One of my favorite items in the Holiday Catalog is the Wrapped in Plaid Specialty DSP  It made this card look soooo...Christmasy! 

I used the Woods Dies to cut out the trees and add Snowfall Accents Puff Paint to add the fun look of snow.

Popped one of the trees and the sentiment up on Dimensionals.
Timeless Label Punch.
Gold Foil paper.

I am thankful for~Paper Pumpkin Alternatives!

Hello Stampers!

I am on a roll this month with Paper Pumpkin Alternatives!  Here is December 2017!

I wanted to create a full size card so I cut pieces of Petal Pink to 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4".  Then layed the PP card on top, still using the Glimmer paper in the background.

Added some silver edged white ribbon and stamped I'm thankful for you from Painted Harvest Photopolymer stamp set.

I really like how these turned out.

Rainbow Unicorn Birthday card~

Hello Stampers!
A special birthday card for a special little girl!
Hmmm, what stamp set should I grab?  Leave a little Sparkle!  It's the perfect stamp set for a sweet little girl turning 6!

Gorgeous Grape Cardstock
Using a baby wipe and refill ink, I created an 'ink pad' to make this cute rainbow card!  Super simple! 

Take a baby wipe and colors of your choice in a straight row then stamp your image.  I stamp mine a few times on a scrap piece of paper to get the right look.  You can use it several times before having to 're ink' the ink pad. 

After stamping the image of course I have to use Dazzling Diamonds!  It's not magical if it does not sparkle!

Hello Stampers!

Happy Friday to you!  Another week closer to Christmas. 

I have another Christmas project to share with you today.

Light & Peace stamp set was used to create this beautiful Christmas card.

Card stock: Night of Navy and Seaside Spray.

I stamped the image in Versamark then sprinkled Gold Embossing Powder.  Final step, heat set.  I used the Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder on the first layer.

Sentiment stamped on Seaside Spray and punched it out with Classic Label punch.

Quick and simple card, Embossing can add a lot of detail without all the time!

Paper Pumpkin Alternative~May 2019

Hello Stampers!
I have another Paper Pumpkin Alternative to share with you today.
Do you remember the Paper Pumpkin kit that Shelli, as in the Shelli who Co-Founded Stampin' Up! created?

I needed Sympathy cards so I thought of the lovely flowers from this set.
I went ahead and created the others as shown and got them all packed up for a friend for her birthday.

Card Stock: Very Vanilla, and Old Olive.

I like that the kit had used the Stitched Nested Labels Dies, you can add layers to it!  Plus, the Paper Pumpkin kits always have extra supplies, BONUS!

What is your favorite way to cut out images? 
I like using Dies but my favorite is punches!  The Christmas Gleaming stamp set has two great punches that coordinates with it! 

Gleaming Ornaments Punch Pack.  How great is that?  I just love punches!  You can also get creative and do punch art!  I think I will have to work on that!

For this card I used Pretty Peacock and Very Vanilla Cardstock
Ink: Bermuda Bay, Pretty Peacock and Night of Navy
Additional materials: Wrapped in Plaid DSP, Dimensionals and Gold thread.

Make your Dreams Come True~

Hello Stampers!

I have a fun little Unicorn project to share with you today. 

I used clear embossing powder to enhance the colors stamped.  I really like how it turned out.  If you create your own "ink pad" from baby wipes and your choice of refill ink, your ink stays wet for a few seconds longer, you can use the embossing powder right over the top then heat set!

 I am having fun with this stamp set, Leave a little Sparkle.

Paper Pumpkin Alternative~October 2019

Hello Stampers!
I have another Paper Pumpkin Alternative to share today. 

This was such a pretty Paper Pumpkin Kit. 

I simply folded the card stock backwards and cut a circle using the layering Circle Dies, then placed a 1/4" piece of Whisper White card stock over the top with a hole cut the same size.

Stamped a sentiment and popped it up with dimensionals.

Added the only one set of trees with two pretty Cardinals on each.  

As you can see this set is beautiful without an alternative, but it's always fun to create something out of the box.

Merry Christmas Gift sets

Hello Stampers!
I wanted to share with you some gift card sets I put together. 

I created two sets of each and the placed them in an acrylic box.  The wonderful ones that Stampin' Up! has in the annual catalog and online!

I used some Gold ribbon to add some sparkle to the outside of the box.  I really liked how these turned out.

Can you believe the tree is actually from the DSP?  Yes!   Using the Pine Tree punch and Wrapped in Plaid Specialty DSP and Gold Foil Paper was used to create these beautiful cards!

Leave a little Sparkle on your Birthday

Hello Stampers!
It is so great you were able to join me today for another project.

Can you believe December is only a day away!  Yikes, are you ready?  It's seems like there is always a rush to get as much done as possible to enjoy December as a fun month rather than a stressful month.  I am happy to say I have 97% of my shopping done for my family, plus we have created a family advent calendar and ready to do fun activities together every day in December.

In the meantime I had to create a birthday card for our niece.

I chose the beautiful unicorn from the Leave a Little Sparkle stamp set and galaxy from the Stargazing stamp set.

These two sets are both Cling sets.

I fussy cut the unicorn out and popped it up on Dimensionals.  I also added some Dazzling Diamonds Glitter.  

Card stock used: Purple Posy, Gorgeous Grape and Whisper White.

Of course being 6 years old, she loved it!

Paper Pumpkin Alternatives~ October 2017

Hello Stampers!
I was able to finish up several Paper Pumpkin kits I had a few supplies left from!  I love being able to use Paper Pumpkin leftover supplies to create fun projects.

Back in Plaid kit.  You can tell this one was a huge hit!  Since this kit they have added buffalo check to the main catalog and other PP kits.

I love the way the envelope turned out.  It adds so much when you stamp your envelope to match your card.

Craft show catch up!

Hello Stampers!
It has been a while since I have posted!  Ugh, I have been crazy busy with Craft Bazaars.  They are so much fun and you meet so many lovely people.

Here are a just few of my new items for this year!

Using  Delightful Tag Topper my son and I cut (no joke) 1000 tags out of Whisper White, Garden Green, Real Red, Daffodil Delight, and Very Vanilla.  

This was one of the sets I was working on when I remembered to snap some pictures!  Cut some "bulbs" out with the Christmas Bulb Builder using a variety of scrap Glimmer Paper.  Some retired, some from Paper Pumpkin kits.

 Love this Photopolymer stamp set!

Next, you can not forget your little furry friend!  This year I created some treats for cats.  My daughter always takes care of the dogs so this year I made sure the cats had some goodies in their stocking too!  

 I always look forward to the new Snowman stamp set!  Snowman Season is so much fun!

The last item that I had out, and yes I was doing all of these in one weekend.  Phew!  I was tuckered out, but it's so much fun!  Working with children I always try to create something for school as well.  So I packed up some pencils, eraser and sharpener for their stockings.  

Make sure you check out the latest products added to the clearance rack!  They are going fast.
