Hello Stampers!
We are enjoying another fabulous Spring day.  I have a heavy heart for all the people who are dealing with horrible weather in southern half of the US when here in Montana we are having such wonderful weather.  I pray the weather changes for them so they can enjoy life and not fear it.

Using two In-Colors, one of them NEW in June and a neutral color  I created this beautiful card.

K Cup Teacher's gift

Hello my craft friends!
Hope today's brought you lots of sunshine to brighten your day! 

My daughter wanted to make gifts for all of her teachers (8 of them), so after figuring out what they all had in common (they all loved coffee!) we came up with a K cup holder.  They either have a Kurig at home or at school so making a cute little K Cup holder was our priority. 

This is what we used to create this cute holder!
Stamp set-  (retiring!) Perfect Blend
Punches-  1 3/4" Circle punch,  3/4" circle punch to create the 'doughnut' and cut out holes for cups, the (retiring!) Artisan  Punch, Large Oval punch for handle.
Card Stock-  In-color, Costal Cabana (retiring)

Any of these items that are retiring can still be purchased, but hurry it's available until June 1st!

Work of Art with the New In-colors!

Graduation cards....in many colors!

Hello stampers!
Are you ready for Graduation??  I sure am!  I have managed to get cards made up with the now retiring (I am going to miss this one!) Blue Ribbon Stamp set. 

It's so easy to make up several cards using the same style card but changing up the colors to match the schools with Stampin' Up!'s  Designer Series Paper.

Father's Day card TBT~

Hi Stampers!
Happy Throw-Back-Thursday friends!!
Here is one of my favorite stamp sets from Stampin' Up! They are both now retired. 

I got the horse set because I was raised with horses and around the Rodeo.  I think of my dad every time I see them so I thought it only fitting that I make a card using them for a Father's Day card.

The card stock is a Hodge-podge of scraps from Stampin' Up! and CTMH.  The base being Basic Black.  The brads are still available but have been moved to the retiring list. 

I managed to make it through Mother's Day with plenty of cards, but now I need to get on the ball and get Father's Day cards done!  :) LOL  There is always something, isn't there?!

Happy Father's Day~Moon Lake

I just love the stamp set Moon Lake!  It's such a nice stamp set you can make great masculine cards with.  I thought I'd get a jump on my Father's Day cards being Mother's Day snuck up on me so fast!  LOL  This set is only available in the Occasions catalog until June 2nd, so it you love it, like I do, you will need to pick one up soon!

Teacher's Appreciation~gift card holder

Hi Stampers!
Here is another Teacher's Appreciation project.  A simple gift card holder using the Gift Card Envelope Thinlits Die from Stampin' Up!

I was not sure how this would work, but it's so easy to make! 

You just place a piece of card stock on your Big Shot platform, I like to use my Magnetic Platform from Stampin' Up! so it don't scoot around.  After running it through the machine it has already scored all your fold marks and you can simply fold it up and use either Fast Fuse or Glue Dots to stick together. 
The stamp set I used is from CTMH, I just love this stamp set!  (I am sure you can't tell  LOL) 
Card Stock, Whisper White, Night of Navy and DSP Night of Navy in the Regals collection from Stampin' Up!
Ink also from Stampin' Up!, in Real Red, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, and Black Stazon.

Fun Personalized Teacher's pencils

Hi Stampers!

Here is a fun project my daughter made for her teacher.  She told me her teacher is constantly loosing her pencils because other students take them.  She said she wished we could make pencils with her name on them....well thanks to the Stampin' Up! Alphabet Rotary Stamp #133769 you can personalize anything!  She had so much fun making these pencils for her teacher. 

She used just regular # 2 pencils and stamped on Avery Permanent Stickers.  She was able to stamp them three times on one label.  Then using the Stampin' Up trimmer we cut three strips and placed a strip on each pencil.   She had so much fun I don't think her teacher will run out the rest of this year at least!

Teacher Appreciation Week!

Hi Stampers!
This week is Teacher's Appreciation and my children love to give gifts to their teachers.

Here is one of the items my kids came up with.  Seems like both of my children that are still in elementary said their teachers needed supplies.  Plus, my son is a chocolate hound so we had to add a pure chocolate Hershey bar! 

The tag is stamped using Stampin' Up! Real Read, Pacific point, and Old Olive, inks using a sponge dauber I used Real Red. 
The Stamp set is from CTMH.

Changes will be coming my way!

Mother's day card...WITH PICTURE!

Hello Stampers!  Yay!!  My computer is fixed, it turned out to be the internet and not my computer.  I guess that was good thing. 
Here is the card I wanted to share with you today but my computer thought other wise this morning!  LOL 

Card Recipe:~All Stampin' Up! products were used for this card.
This stamp set is another one that will be retiring, It's called Gifts of Kindness.  Teeny Tiny Wishes was the set I got the sentiment from.
 
Card Stock: Crisp Cantaloupe, Basic Black, Whisper White, and Calypso Coral.  Crisp Cantaloup will be retiring also.

Ink:  Basic Black Stazon and Calypso Coral.

Accessories: Beautiful Wings Embosslits folder, and Modern Label punch (both retiring!) along with the Word Window Punch, and Designer Buttons, Regals.  The Heart Boarder punch is still available in the Occasions catalog until June 2,2015.  It might be returning in the new Annual Catalog coming out in June, but I am not sure.  :) 
Snail and 2 Way glue was used to adhere the card together.

No picture ~Mother's day card

Hello Stampers!
Hope your day is going better than mine has been!  I got up early and my children were all still sleeping, so I thought I would enter my blog for today.  My computer on the other hand had another idea!!  It said 'No thank you, I don't want to work today instead I want to freeze up and be a pain!"   So I am quickly writing this at our local library to let you know I have not forgotten about you!!  :) 
I have a friend looking at our computer today so I hope I am able to get on line later to add the picture of the Mother's Day card I wanted to share!  LOL 

In the mean time, if it nice in your area go outside and enjoy it!  :)  Who knows how long we'll have this nice weather before it turns nasty again.

Friday's Mixed project! Birthday card~

Hi Stampers!
I wanted to share another fun 'mixed project'.  I used Stampin' Up! and CTMH products. 

Card Recipe:
The card stock is all from Stampin' Up! Old Olive, Adventure Bound Designer Series Paper Stack, Whisper White, Basic Black and Smoky Slate.  

The Birthday sentiment is retired from Stampin' Up! The pickup truck is from CTMH.

I colored it with Stampin' Write markers, Old Olive, Basic Black and stamped in Black Stazon.

The grill on the pickup I put Dazzling Details Silver Sparkle. Then popped it up on Dimensionals.

Hope you enjoyed today's mixed project!  :)  I love doing crafts so much I don't care which company or store sells them, if they look good together....I am going to use it.  LOL
