Celebrate YOU with Sale-a-bration Glimmer Paper

I have to say, I am totally loving this FREE Glimmer Paper!  If you have been thinking of putting in an order and not sure what you really want.  This Glimmer paper is so much fun!  It adds fun sparkle to your project.

I used the stamp set: Birthday Blast and teamed it up with the matching Edgelits, Star Blast.

On these cards I used Emerald Envy and Sweet Sugarplum with the matching Glimmer Paper.

The DSP is Party Animal and to make it match up I used a pencil top and inked it up to add some Sweet Sugarplum so it matches better.  I think it worked out perfectly.

Tasty Birthday card~

Hello Stampers!
I have a yummy fun project to share with you today.

I used the Frozen Treats Bundle, (Cool Treats and Frozen Treats Framelits Dies) to create this yummy birthday card!

Layering the ice cream layers with Dimensionals gives the card a fun layered look.
Card Stock: Pear Pizzazz, Chocolate Chip, Crumb Cake, Peekaboo Peach, Watermelon Wonder and Pool Party with strips from the Tasty Treats Speciality DSP.

Happy Birthday with Dragon Fly Dreams

Happy Friday to you!  Another week has come and gone, I can not believe how fast this month has gone by!
Here is my project share for today.  I just can't get enough of this Bundle! Dragonfly Dreams~

I cut the framelits in Rich Razzleberry attached them on top of a 1x4 1/4 piece of Cupcakes & Carousels DSP stack and a half piece of Lace Doily with a few loops of Silver thread.

I like how the Bermuda Bay stamped on Bermuda bay, shows up so nice.

I like the fact that I can use a Valentine stamp set for other than a Valentine project.

I just can't get enough of this lovely stamp set, Beautiful You!

I used the Blender Pens with the Watercolor Pencils to add a soft color to the images.  Along with the Bloomin' Heart Thinlits, I used the flower thinlits and cut out Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper.

Hope you had a wonderful weekend!  It was a super crazy busy one for me and my family.  We went to my folk's for my mom's 77th birthday. What a wonderful weekend for family and sharing fun memories.

I always picture my mom full of life and carefree, so I picked this image from Beautiful You to create her card.
I am uploading this from my phone, this is a new tactic for me! I am not sure how it will turn out.

Dragonfly Speckled Dreams

Hello Stampers;
Welcome to try a new technique Friday!
The technique we are going to try today is Color Block Stamping.
There are so many great sets of stamps in the Occasions catalog sometimes it's hard to decide which ones to play with!  But this set was the winner for today.

Stamp Sets used: Speckles from Gorgeous Grunge and Dragonfly Dreams Photopolymer stamp set.

To do the Color Block Stamping, I used Pear Pizzazz, Wild Wasabi and So Saffron Stampin' Write markers and colored right on the "H" Clear block.  Using the Stampin' Spritzer filled with water spritz the block and stamp it on paper.  I used Whisper White layered on Basic Black and Pear Pizzazz

Double Take at LOVE~

The Double Take photopolymer stamp set is such a neat stamp set to use to create cool shading! You can stamp your image and add a great layered look with a simple second stamp!

It's another Monday, full of wonder and surprises!   Oh wait, maybe it will be better after I get my coffee!  LOL

Using the Beautiful You and Sale-a-Bration stamp set, Delicate Details I created this card.

I picked the flowers from the Brights Designer Series Paper Stack in Tempting Turquoise.  I love the look of spring!  It is coming, the snow is melting in my yard and we can start to see grass, yay!!

Valentine Water Color Card~

Hello Stampers!
Happy Friday to you!  I have a quick and easy technique to share with you today.

Before I heat embossed the sentiment in White Embossing powder, I took the Gorgeous Grunge and lightly stamped Real Red all over the Whisper White card stock. Then using the swish from the Sealed with Love Photopolymer stamp set I stamped it in Real Red and quickly took the Aqua Pen and swished it over the freshly stamped image.  It was so easy to create a fun water color image!

I cut out one arrow from Silver Glimmer Paper two pop out hearts in Real Red and a piece in Sending Love DSP Stack and a Whisper White lined heart with the Love Notes Framelits dies and Big Shot.  I layered all of them on top of each other.  It's a great way to add dimension to your card!  I took the Confetti Hearts Border Punch and punched some Real Red and Silver Glimmer Paper to add some pretty hearts to the card.

Hello my crafty friends!
Have you started creating your Valentine's yet?  Like I told my class this past weekend, you can give a Valentine to anyone, not just your sweetheart!  It's such a wonderful joy to watch the smiles you can create by sending a card.

Here is my project share for today.  I love the rich colors of the Real Red and Basic Black.

I added some cut flowers in Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper to really make the colors pop!

Ink: Versa Mark
Stamp set:  Bloomin' Love,
Accessories:Bloomin Heart Thinlits, big Shot, White Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Snail Adhesive and Dimensionals.
