Hi Stampers!
I wanted to wait to share this baby card with you until after my friend's baby shower!  :)  I didn't want her to see it until after the shower.  ha-ha   I just love this Stamp set for baby cards. 

Card Recipe:
Stamps: Zoo Babies
Card Stock: Whisper white, Pear Pizzazz, Wisteria Wonder,  Soft Sky and the DSP is a piece I had left over from a retired Sale-a-Bration stack!
Punches:1 3/4 Scallop Punch, Modern label Punch, Word Window Punch.
Accessories: Basic Rhinestones (colored with the lightest Cherry Cobbler Blendabilities), Snail adhesive and Stampin' Dimensionals.

Valentine Sour Cream treat holder!

Hi Stampers!
Hope today has brought you lots of sunshine!  :)  I needed something small to stuff into my kid's coat pockets so I decided to made sour cream containers to hold some Heresy's Kisses.  I made a video and managed to mess up my prep piece of paper....so if you'd like to watch the video on how I created these you can go HERE.

Super Bowl is coming up!!  Are you going to be watching it, the commercials or turning the channel?  LOL  We all watch it as a family but I truly like watching it for the commercials and my favorite part is that all of us is watching it together.  I am working on trying to get some little treat containers made up, if I get a chance before the super bowl, I will post them, other wise I will try and get the listed after wards!

Flip Lid Valentine Goodie Bag!

Today's project I waned to share turned out so cute!  I really like how these little flip bags turned out.   I had not made these in a long time and being I am making projects for my kids to count down each day until Valentine's day I thought I would go ahead and make these up to use.

Simple Valentine treats for your kids to pass out at school!

Hi Crafty Friends!
Here is a quick and super simple way to make Valentines and give treats to pass out all at the same time! 
I just love this stamp set in the Occasions Catalog, called Hey, Valentine!  Plus, the 1"x8" Cellophane bags are soooo much fun!  I use them a lot when I need some treats quick (meaning I forgot about it and had to do this the night before!) for my preschool class, my kids' classmates (they forgot to let mom know and now we are all filling bags the night before!) or even family reunions!  I made them this past June with a Red, White and Blue theme for our Fladager Reunion, then I made simple little pinwheels to pin on the top, it turned out really cute!

Valentine Mini Treat Bag

Hi Stampers!
I know it has been a very long time since I have done a video so I thought I would try and make a few in my Valentine count down series! 

HERE is the 1st one!  Everything is listed on my video what you'll need! 

I always like to do some kind of count down to Valentine's Day with my kids.  I will put a treat or write a message that says "we are going sledding after school" or maybe even going to the store and pick out their favorite soda to drink.  It's just something fun I like to do with my kids to help make each cold, windy, miserable winter day go a little bit brighter and fun!  Plus, it's only a matter of time and my kids will be off to college! 

The products I am demonstrating are from Stampin' Up but of course you can use whatever products you have on hand!  Plain ol' colored construction paper works GREAT to make these as well!  You can also use yarn or ribbon to tie them closed, but I personally like the little clips!  :)

Hope today has brought you many smiles! 

I wanted to share a little bit of my day (yesterday) with you. 

While I was at the store today picking up some yummy candies to put in my kids' Valentine's I was visiting with one of the gentleman who works at the store.  He mentioned to me that his back was hurting, when I asked him if he wears good shoes for standing on the hard floors all day he said that he thinks his cancer is coming back in his back.  He then told me he was 57 years old so he does not care anymore.  I laughed and thought what a funny thing to say, 57 is not that old.  I then learned he had been dealing with cancer his whole life and has many operations on his back and is tired of taking radiation and Chemo.  I told him that I will keep him in my prayers and I wish him a great rest of the day.  After school I had to go back and pick up new shoes for my daughter (they are always blowing out shoes in PE! LOL)  When he seen me he smiled and said my prayers must have worked, for shortly after I left his back stopped hurting.  How awesome is that?  God holds the power!

That inspired me to make this card:

Card Recipe:
Card Stock: Core'dinations Chocolate collections (not Stampin' Up), Costal Cabana, whisper White, and from the Adventure Bound DSP stack (wood grain).
Stamp Set: Perfect Pennants
Ink: Early Espresso
Accessories: Candy Dots, Cuttle Bug boarder folder (not Stampin' Up), Snail Adhesive.

Cut your base paper to 8 1/2" x 4 1/4", score at 3".  Inside layer 8 1/4" x 4"
Outside base layer 8 X 3 score at 4".  Cut two Whisper white layers at 3 1/4 X 2 3/4.

TBT-Birthday card

Hi Stampers!
I had to share this fun card I made!  You can call it a Throw-back Thursday card.  I always like to make a bunch of cards for my folks so they don't have spend money on pricey cards.  This horse stamp Set, which is retired, is always one of my favorites to use for my dad.  He is an ol' Rodeo man (think of John Wayne!) back when Rodeo was for fun and for breaking horses not like now, when it's so dramatized.  But, I guess everything is like that now. 

Anyways....my sister gave me some AWESOMELY cool paper for Christmas (not Stampin' Up).  It's called The Chocolate Box by Core'dinations.  One side is a shade of brown and the other is something else, like the card I made, green.
 I used the Embossing Folder Filigree Frame (from the Holiday Catalog) and then lightly sanded the embossed side to expose the pretty light green.
I then added Stampin' Up's card stock Crisp Cantaloupe and Pistachio Pudding on Whisper White card stock.  Stamped in Early Espresso ink.

Here is my card I wanted to share with you today. I use two of stamp sets you can get FREE from the Sale-a-Bration catalog (with any order of $50.00 before S/H).  I made this one and loved it so much I made another one for my mom who will be turning 75 this year in February!

Card stock: Whisper White, Garden Green, Cherry Cobbler and a piece of paper from the Stacked with Love SDP Stack.
Ink: Cherry Cobbler and Rich Razzleberry (I stamped the cherry cobbler twice for a lighter color).

Sunday Share~

Hi Crafty Friends!
I wanted to hop on the computer and wish everyone a wonderful day today!

It's been another crazy weekend in our house hold!  My little 2 year old woke up at 2am with a high fever so I guess it's his turn with the flu bug.  (Yuck!)  We have been dealing with the flu in our house for three weeks now.  Even though we have been taking Tamiflu we're still having a ball getting it out of our house.  Of course it does not help that we are all around sick people at work and at school! 
Tomorrow my kids don't have school so I hope my little guy is feeling better so the rest of us can maybe play outside.  It's really getting nice here. It's a balmy 33 above 0!  That's awesome!

February Stamp Camp Canceled~

I unfortunately have to cancel my All Occasions Stamp Camp scheduled for February 7th.  Family comes 1st before my job, so I need to cancel and will reschedule later when I get a chance to look at my schedule and my kid's school schedule.  If you have any questions please contact me at home or email me.

Sympathy Cards

I wanted to share these two cards I made using the Artfully Sent Cricut cartridge by CTMH.  I was going through my cards and seen I was running out of sympathy cards, unfortunately.  I wish I never had to use those, but when I do have to use them, I am glad I have some on hand.  I really like this stamp set and I love my Cricut!

Hi Stampers!
Yay!! The Sale-a-Bration is right around the corner!  I wanted to give a little sneak peak at one of the FREE stamp sets you can get for any order of $50.00.  It's called Big Day stamp set and it's only available in the SALE-A-BRATION CATALOG which starts January 6th. 

The main stamps used in this card are Walk in the Wild and Hardwood.  Stamped on in Soft Suede and Early Espresso on Very Vanilla card stock and one layer of Soft Suede.   I also added some Burlap Ribbon.  I colored the picture with Stampin' Write markers in, Pear Pizzazz, Pumpkin pie, Daffodil Delight, (added with Blender pen) and Real Red.
